Mountain Shadow is a lovely place to stay if you're looking for peace and beautiful mountain views. The location is calm, relaxing, and the scenery from the property is absolutely amazing. The only downside is the road leading to the hotel, which is in poor condition and can make the drive a bit challenging. Apart from that, the stay was comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere made it worth the visit. If the approach road improves, this place would be even better!

Hotel mountain shadow is a is a calm ,neat,relaxed and well located hotel that caters personally to its all guests taking good care of food requirements, room cleanliness etc. Rooms are modern , extremely neat,practical with nice and clean attached washrooms.Hotel rates and charges are very reasonable and realistic. I recently stayed with my family in their family suite and it was a memorable and a super comfortable stay with a direct and lovely view of the mountains surrounding us from the bed itself. Hotel manager Rahul and kitchen staff Raj and his kitchen helps are extremely talented ,helpful and hardworking individuals who take care to serve you the tastiest,freshly and painstakingly prepared tasty home kind of food,giving you the most satisfying homely feel away from home as soon as you sit down to eat at its rooftop cafetaria. Parking is limited as it generally is in the mountains but available inside and on adjoining road with very limited vehicular traffic on road. Kasauli being a small place has everything easily accessable from the hotel location using any transport. A must visit place to stay with family and friends and a friendly caretaking staff. Wishing the management and the owners my heartfelt thanks and all my good wishes for a memorable and comfortable stay.
